Welcome to the Purovian Carnival! To celebrate a new victory of this prosperous industrialized region the residents have set up a grand fair for all to enjoy. Sians have been invited as well, though some may be too busy to play, for they're tending to the booths as punishment for losing against the Purovians in the first Tournaments checkpoint.
Worry not! They'll have some free time when one of their fellow Sians take their shift. Now, don't be shy. Please head inside where the fun awaits those with a courageous heart. Here, take these tickets so you can have some fun in the booths. That's all I'm giving you for now. If you run out of tickets you'll have to buy more. A ticket is 3 TC each.

Also, take this and make sure you don't lose it! See this card? It has some empty spaces. They are for stamping on some seals by the owners of the booths if you complete the events successfully. This is very important so don't forget to ask for those seals.

If you fill the card with all the seals, you get the right to Spin-tea-Wheel for a chance to win a rare item! Lastly, the member that has the most fun and participation in the carnival will receive a unique small item.
The event will start on September 24th and will end on October 24th.
- • Collab art is allowed.
• This event is mandatory.
• Points earned in this event will count towards the next Chapter.
• Art can be sketchy, colored or not, with or without background. No set guidelines.
• All submissions should be uploaded to the Puro Carnival folder.
• If submitting a roleplay log, you can use dA or a google doc ( note to the group with the link )
• In the artist comments, indicate which one is the seal you're trying to earn.
• Please remember to write "Points for <insert your region here>" in your artist comment!
Important!
• You need to earn one seal to clear this event.
• Please upload the template card to your scraps and keep it there until the end of the event.
• Make sure to update the card anytime you receive a new seal.
• If you have all the seals and want to spin the wheel, provide a link to your scrap deviation.
• We will know if you're cheating! So please, keep it fun and honest.
• Don't forget to delete the template card when the event is over.
What's a seal?
A seal is the proof that you participated in the mandatory event and completed one of the challenges from the booths. It's a small image that is stamped on your Carnival Card ( you have to paste the image in your own template ) You need at least one seal to 'clear' the event.
What's a prize?
The prizes are items, points or TC that you earn for playing the games in the booths. Each time you play you'll be using up a ticket. Each ticket allows you 3 attempts at winning the game.
What's a ticket?
It's an item that you receive at the entrance of the fair that allows you to play games in the booths. You get 8 tickets for free at the start of the event. 1 ticket allows you 3 attempts at winning a game.
I ran out of tickets, where can I buy more?
If you run out of tickets you need to buy more in order to continue playing in the booths. You can buy more tickets by commenting on this journal, though you need to have a Vault account and own Tea Coins ( TC ) for this. The only exception is the Find a Coin game, where you can win some TC to spend.
I missed once. Can I use my other '2 tries' in another booth?
No, you can only use all the 'chances' of a ticket in one booth.
How are the booth games played?
The game results are decided through coin flipping by an internet random generator. Heads mean you hit / win and tails means you miss / lose. Here's a sample of a game.
- 1. Post a comment in this journal saying you want to play and in which booth.
2. Wait for the moderator to reply to you. They will flip the coin and tell you the result.
3. It's your turn again. You may RP your response if you'd like.
4. The rest of the process is pretty much the same until it's repeated a total of 3 times.
5. The prize you get depends on your results.
How do you spin the wheel?
The game results are decided through dice rolling by an internet random generator. The numbers from 1 to 6 have an assigned prize for you to win. The items you can win are rare finds. Here's a sample of a spin. Have in mind that you need a completed card template ( all seals ) to participate in this game.
- 1. Post a comment in this journal saying you want to spin the wheel with a link to your full card.
2. Wait for the moderator to reply to you. They will roll the dice and tell you your result.
3. The number you got will determine what prize you get.
4. You can only spin the wheel once, as you're trading your Carnival Card for the chance to spin.
Where can I check what prizes I can win?
The games and the prizes you can win from playing in them are below under each of the booths.
How to play?
Behold the game that will test your marksmanship. Using this completely safe fake rifle you have to shoot as many rainbow chickens as you can within one minute as they move across the booth. No real chickens are being harmed in this game, so shoot to your heart's content.
- Prizes
• 0 chickens : Consolation prize : Colored Feather x1
• 1 or 2 chickens : Middle prize : 5 points + Colored Feather x1
• 3 chickens : Top prize : Rainbow Chicken Plush + 15 points + Colored Feather x2
How to earn the seal?
To complete this challenge you have to draw a picture of your character(s) playing a game at any of the booths. There are no set rules for the art, it can be sketchy or colored.
How to play?
You are given three rings for 3 chances to loop as many of the stars you can. The golden beauties are scattered in that lovely midnight blue cardboard panel over there. Make sure you aim well and throw the ring, praying it'll slide right in.
- Prizes • 0 stars : Consolation prize : 3 points + Paper Star x1
• 1 or 2 stars : Middle prize : 6 points + Paper Star x3
• 3 stars : Top prize : 12 points + Star Locket + Paper Star x5
How to earn the seal?
To complete this challenge you have to submit a roleplay log or literature piece of at least 200 words long, portraying your character(s) doing something during the carnival, like playing or having fun.
How to play?
You have to throw sugar cubes at a table filled with rows of bigger-than-regular tea cups and yes, they are filled with scalding hot tea. However, there are white and gold colored ones, and only the cups that are gold count towards winning, so aim for those and don't grab the cube too hard, it might fall apart.

• 0 teacups : Consolation prize : Sugar Cube or Honey Drop x1
• 1 or 2 teacups : Middle prize : Milk or Rice Milk x2
• 3 teacups : Top prize : Molasses or Royal Jelly x3
How to earn the seal?
To complete this challenge you have to collab with your partner.
If you choose to submit art, it must be colored ( though it can be sketchy, a comic, etc. )
If you choose to submit literature or a roleplay log, it must be at least 500 words long.
The entries for the booths o1 and o2 don't count towards earning this seal. You must submit a new piece.
How to play?
You have to guess the location of a shiny tea coin placed on the table under one of three cups. Keep your eyes glued to the game once you're shown where the coin is because once the cups start moving it's going to be hard to guess when they stop.

• 0 finds : Consolation prize : 5 points
• 1 or 2 finds : Middle prize : 15 points + 20 TC
• 3 finds : Top prize : 25 points + 40 TC
How to earn the seal?
To complete this challenge you have to have played all the games at least once and won something in all of them as well ( consolation prizes don't count )
How to play?
You need a full Carnival Card with all the seals to play.
Spin the wheel with all your strength ( be careful not to break it! ) and watch as it goes round and round while you wait for it to stop. Once it's stopped, the small golden arrow at the top will point to the prize you've won.
